What photo works best?
A bright, sharp phone photo of one pet, facing the camera, with the face filling most of the frame. Avoid dark, blurry or far-away shots, filters and screenshots. Small pets and long fur are fine.
Will it look like my pet?
Our AI paints the portrait from your photo, so the clearer the photo, the closer the likeness. You see the full preview with the name before you add to cart. Not happy with it? Upload a different photo and preview again, at no cost.
Personalization
Upload a bright, sharp photo where your pet's face is easy to see, then add their name (up to 12 characters). Please check spelling carefully, because your blanket is woven exactly as you enter it. Woven designs look softer and more muted than a printed photo.
Shipping & Production
Each blanket is woven to order just for you. Production takes 3-8 business days, then US standard shipping takes 2-5 business days. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Shipping cost is shown at checkout. For holiday gifts, please order early.
Returns & Faulty Items
If your blanket arrives damaged or with a production fault, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Because each blanket is personalized, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or for details entered incorrectly at checkout.
