Personalization
Use a bright, sharp photo where the face is easy to see. Add a name, a date or a short line. Please check spelling carefully, because your blanket is made exactly as you enter it. Woven designs look softer and more muted than a printed photo.
Shipping & Production
Each blanket is woven to order just for you. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. For holiday gifts, please order early.
Returns & Faulty Items
If your blanket arrives damaged or with a production fault, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Because each blanket is personalized, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or for details entered incorrectly at checkout.
