Shipping & Production
Each blanket is woven to order just for you. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. For holiday gifts, please order early.
Returns & Faulty Items
If your blanket arrives damaged or with a production fault, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Because each blanket is personalized, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or for details entered incorrectly at checkout.

What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where faces look at the camera works best. Phone photos are fine. Avoid blurry shots, heavy filters, sunglasses or faces that are very small in a big group photo.
How does the AI portrait work?
Upload your photo(s) and pick an art style. We paint everyone in that style and show you the full blanket preview on this page before you add it to your cart. Not happy with it? Tap Generate again (up to 5 tries per hour).
Can I change the names or quote?
Yes. Every name, the title and the quote can be edited in the form above. The quote is optional: leave it as is to keep our default line. Text is woven exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling.
When will it arrive?
Each blanket is woven to order in 3-8 business days, then ships in 2-5 business days within the US, or 5-10 business days to Canada, the UK and Australia. These are estimates, so please order early for holidays.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Email support@casavely.com within 1 hour of ordering. After that your blanket is already in production and we cannot guarantee changes.
What if something is wrong?
If your blanket has a production defect, is damaged in transit or does not match the preview you approved, we will remake it for free or refund you. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Because each blanket is personalized, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Returns policy
